Our Authentic Italian Pizza Bases are simple and contain no preservatives, sugars or additives. Vegan friendly and dairy free. We believe in using high quality ingredients, using old Italian recipes passed down from generations to Piero.

We find joy in bringing people together through a love of good food.

We use 6 quality ingredients -

  • Italian Flour

  • Soya Flour (GM Free)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Yeast

  • Sea Salt

  • Filtered Water

Tips for cooking your pizza

  • Prepare the toppings on the base of your oven rack.

  • When it's ready to go in the oven there's no need to transfer it anywhere - just put the shelf in with the prepared pizza on top!

  • Make sure your oven is set to the highest temperature and cook your pizza for 3-5 minutes until crispy and the cheese is deliciously bubbly

  • Remove from the oven and carefully place on a cooling rack for a minute to allow it to steam off and crisp up perfectly

  • Slice it up and enjoy!


Making the Sauce

  • Strain a tin of good quality Italian tomatoes.

  • Blend the tomatoes in a bowl adding a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce covers a medium pizza base.

  •  Sprinkle a little oregano onto the tomato sauce before adding the cheese.


Cheese

The Perfect Pizza Cheese Is FRESH Mozzarella. This often comes in small plastic bags enclosed in a watery substance. Best idea is to strain the water away a little before use. Then tear off the pieces of mozzarella to sprinkle on your pizza. usually about two thirds of a ball covers one regular sized pizza. Buffalo mozzarella is equally delicious, but even more watery so harder to create the crispy pizza with it.
